This Privacy Policy explains how Lyrixis AI (“Lyrixis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: email address and, optionally, name.
  • Tool inputs: URLs, topics, company details, and other content you submit to generate outputs (blog posts, newsletters, reports, prospecting lists).
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer identifier, the amount paid, and credits purchased. We never see or store your full card number.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, tools used, credits consumed, and timestamps.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and approximate location, collected by standard web server logs and our hosting provider.
  • Authentication cookies: session tokens set when you sign in via magic link.

Information from Third Parties

  • Websites you ask us to analyze: we fetch publicly available content to generate brand-voice profiles, prospect lists, or report inputs.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and deliver outputs via email.
  • To process payments and maintain the credit-balance ledger.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Railway (web-scraping service).
  • Payment processor: Stripe, solely to process your purchases.
  • AI providers: Anthropic and OpenRouter process tool inputs to generate outputs. They act as processors under our instructions and do not retain inputs for training when we call their APIs.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Corporate events: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the acquirer honoring this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Generated outputs (blogs, reports, lists, newsletters) are retained indefinitely so you can access them from your dashboard. Payment and credit-transaction records are retained for at least seven years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@lyrixis.ai.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, email privacy@lyrixis.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, password hashing, and limited internal access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

Lyrixis AI is based in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
